"Black of Avola"  is the most important red wine grape in Sicily and is one of Italy's most important indigenous varieties.

It's typically dry, rounded, warm and full-bodied, with winy, fruity, strongly reminiscent of blackberries aromatic notes.

Colour: ruby red.

Food pairing: all types of roasted, grilled or smoked meat dishes and cheese.
