_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font=&#8221;|300|||||||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>In Bel\u00ecce Valley in Sicily (in the towns of Castelvetrano, Campobello di Mazara, Partanna, Santa Ninfa, Poggioreale and Salaparuta) is produced one of the best olive oil, whose the main ingredient is the Cultivar Nocellara del Belice.<br \/>\n97% of olive\u2019s plants are of the variety Nocellara del Belice, a cultivar of moderate development, with branchs that have leaning fruits, self incompatible, with constant productivity; a big fruit (whose size ranges from 5 to 7 grams) with a spherical shape, a solid and crisp flesh, a deep \u2013 green colour before the veraison that ripening takes on a wine-red hue.<br \/>\nThe flesh represents on average for 85% of drupe, the oil yield is around 18 &#8211; 20 %, the quality is excellent; for this reason it\u2019s used for a dual purpose (table and oil).<br \/>\nThis kind of variety prefers fresh and melted fields, even if manage to give satisfying productions in soil conditions which are not optimal.   <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;||||false|true&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;17px||17px||true|&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The resistance to the main illnesses is moderate; indeed, Nocellara del Belice is susceptible to the Peacock Eye, Cercospora, Verticillium, scab and attacks of the flies.<br \/>\nThe remaining 3% of the plants is represented by the cultivar Buscionetto, Giarraffa, Cerasuola or Palermitana.<br \/>\nTheir only one purpose is to pollinate Nocellara del Belice, exclusive of Cerasuola, since it is androsterile.<br \/>\nHarvest and production take place in the province of Trapani in Western Sicily in a district, mainly hilly, where lies Bel\u00ecce river.   <\/p>\n<p>In the place where the river flows into, nearby Selinunte, happen the plantation of the olive tree and production of oil since there was the settlement of the first populations of Sicani, Elimi, Phoenician and Greeks, proved by ancient mills discovered near temples of the V century a.C.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row disabled_on=&#8221;off|on|on&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Nella Valle del Bel\u00ecce in Sicilia (nei comuni di Castelvetrano, Campobello di Mazara, Partanna, Santa Ninfa, Poggioreale e Salaparuta) si produce uno fra i migliori oli di oliva, la cui base \u00e8 la Cultivar Nocellara del Belice. <\/p>\n<p>Il 97% delle piante di olivo sono della variet\u00e0 Nocellara del Belice; cultivar di modesto sviluppo, con rametti a frutto penduli, autoincompatibile, con produttivit\u00e0 costante , frutto grosso (5 &#8211; 7 grammi) di forma quasi sferica, polpa soda e croccante, colore verde intenso prima dell\u2019invaiatura che a maturazione diventa rosso vinoso.<\/p>\n<p>La polpa rappresenta l\u201985% dell\u2019intera drupa, la resa in olio si aggira intorno al 18 \u2013 20 %, la qualit\u00e0 \u00e8 ottima; per questo motivo \u00e8 considerata cultivar a duplice attitudine (olio \u2013 mensa). Il loro unico scopo \u00e8 quello di impollinare la Nocellara del Belice, con esclusione della Cerasuola, dato che \u00e8 androsterile. Il sito di raccolta e produzione dell&#8217;olio extravergine di oliva Infinito, si trova nella provincia di Trapani nella parte occidentale della Sicilia in un comprensorio, principalmente collinoso, dove si estende il fiume Bel\u00ecce.<\/p>\n<p>Esattamente dove sfocia il fiume, nei pressi di Selinunte la coltivazione dell\u2019ulivo e la produzione dell\u2019olio avviene fin dall\u2019inizio dell\u2019insediamento delle prime popolazioni di Sicani, Elimi, Fenici e Greci, dimostrato dalle antiche macine scoperte vicino ai templi del V secolo a.C.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_4,1_4,1_4,1_4&#8243;
