Nespeca oil is characterised by hints of grass and artichoke, medium fruitiness and intense flavour, perfect for dressing raw red meat and salads. The harvest to produce this extraordinary oil takes place early to preserve the maximum properties of this fantastic olive before the veraison occurs and with cold pressing (not exceeding 23 degrees) we maximise the fragrances this oil can offer.<\/p>\n
