● Delicate intensity – Infinito Blend 0.75 l
This blend of selected olives, Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola, makes Infinito oil balanced and delicate on the palate, with strong hints of artichoke and tomato, ideal for dressing soups, salads and fish dishes.

●● Medium intensity – Organic IGP Sicilia “Nespeca” 0.75 l
An organic oil with medium fruitiness and more pronounced vegetal notes of grass and artichoke. Harvested early and cold-pressed, it has an intense but balanced flavour, ideal for enhancing salads and raw red meats.

●●● Strong intensity – DOP Valle del Belice 0.50 l
A single variety Nocellara del Belice with a bitter and spicy taste. With aromas of fresh olives, grass and slight notes of artichoke and green tomato. This oil should not be filtered in order to maintain its aroma and properties unaltered and to fully appreciate the quality of this oil as it comes straight from the mill.
